Hey there! This is Michelle! ✿
I’m so glad you’re here! :)
I’m an acupuncturist practicing in the beautiful British Columbia (SURREY • LANGLEY • COQUITLAM) . If you’ve found your way here, it’s probably because your body is sending you a little (or maybe a not-so-little) nudge that it needs some TLC. Well, you’re in the right place.
Now, I know what you might be thinking: “Needles? Yikes.” I get it. But don’t worry—I’m all about that gentle, minimal-needle life. And if needles really aren’t your thing? No problem! I’ve got plenty of other needle-free tricks up my sleeve, from energy-balancing techniques to cupping, guasha, moxibustion, ear seeds, and acupressure—aka, an entire toolbox of ancient healing magic.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) isn’t just something I practice; it’s something I’ve lived. I’ve seen it work wonders—helping loved ones overcome severe allergies, easing respiratory distress, and providing support through cancer recovery. It’s this deep, personal connection to TCM that fuels my passion for what I do.
My mentor once told me, “Ten thousand hours is just the start.” (Basically, the TCM version of “Welcome to Level 1—now keep going.”) That wisdom keeps me learning, growing, and refining my craft every single day.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me out hiking, on a mission to find the perfect cup of coffee, lost in a book, or indulging in a good movie. And just like in life, I bring that same warmth, curiosity, and easygoing nature into my practice.
So whether you’re dealing with pain, navigating a life transition, or just looking for more balance in this wild, fast-paced world—know that you’re welcome here. I’ll listen, I’ll support, and I’ll do my best to help your body remember what it feels like to be in harmony.
Looking forward to meeting you soon!
